"During the storm season, when my roof was leaking, I reached out to many roofing companies. RoofWorx was able to send someone out right away and be the first to arrive on the scene. Jacob sent a confirmation text with eta. When the other companies came, they went on top of the roof and gave different approaches and causes of leaks, but Jacob (from Roofworx) (not Jake from State Farm) was the only one who went inside the attic and literally found and showed me pictures of leaks along with a long-term approach to fixing the problem. Although they could not repair it during the rain, they had guys come out and temporarily tarp the roof, and they were keeping in contact with me to update. I noticed my neighbor who had roofers repairing the area around his fireplace and I got his roofers names. His roofer was Jorge Maldonado (415) 424-1274. Jorge does roofs (replacement and repair), deck repairs, siding repairs, fencing repairs and exterior painting. I had him check my roof and he patched up the area around the fireplace, explaining what he was doing each step of the way. He also sealed all the roof vent pipes. I also had him replace my rain gutters and he disposed of the old ones. I was happy when Jorge said that my roof did not need replacement at this time, that it was good for about 5 more years.
