"Karol is a very nice guy to work with. He is approachable, easy to communicate with. He goes through the project from end to end on our first visit, explain how he would build the frame, cut the wood, the timeline. He also finds a stone guy and coordinates the work. When actually doing the work, he puts cardboards on our floor to avoid scratching. Upon request, he also did a prototype for us, and when we change our mind to use a different style, he redoes the bulk of the project. I would recommend Karol to anyone who needs carpenter work!"

"David and his team do a ton of work for us, Here’s what he and his team did for us: 1. Built us an ADU, 2. landscaped our whole property including building fences, including drainage as well as fences . 3. Remove carpet from whole house and put flooring in our whole house. 4. Removed Stucco and Re Stuccoed our house and painted They also did a ton of smaller projects on our property. Best part was they were always available and made sure they did everything to completion. My wife and I can’t recommend enough how great they were for us. Kevin"

"We decided to remodel our outdated bathroom, and McCormick Home Builders was a fantastic choice. Khaled and the team delivered high-quality work within the timeline and our budget. Every detail, from the tile work to the lighting, was beautifully done. They communicated well throughout, keeping us informed at every step, and the end result was truly a spa-like bathroom we can enjoy daily. We’d love to work with them again!"

"The guys were professional and did a great job"

"Our goal was to build a structurally safe garage storage loft. Juan and Julian were a great team to work with. They were very professional and organized- they gave us a quote and clearly communicated what the plan would look like from beginning to end. They guided us on the items that we needed to buy prior to starting the work in order to complete the project within the estimated time. They suggested modifications that were minor fixes but made the layout make more sense in terms of placement. Their crew finished a day ahead of schedule. They kept a clean work site and the quality of the results were great. I would gladly work with them on another home project in the future!"
