"My house is located at the foothill and part of the handrail were collapsing due to water damage. This is not a easy to build deck cause involving the foundation. Ben came and gave me a quotation the second day and other company I contacted they were all busy and never returned to my call. The process went smoothly and Jacob always answered my text within hours. His crew Lorenzo was also very helpful and professional to explain and build the deck and the foundation. Their price is fair and their work is fantastic. Without Jacob, I know I couldnâ t handle the project myself. He gave me the idea of using durable Ipe wood on the post and pressure treated wood to build the foundation and flashing around the edge to prevent water damage to the house. The deck materials I m using is not real wood come with 50 years warranty, without using any nail except on the edge. They were patient enough to build it cause the angle of the deck were hard to calculate. I really appreciate the workmanship and so happy I finally can enjoy the deck."

"After pondering it for a while I realized that my house looked dingy. It was time to paint the outside. I got a phone call from Done Right Home Remodeling asking if i had any projects so i gave them this one. As it was my first experience with this company i figured it was a good starting point to see how they run their business. The guys did not disappoint. Alan handled the project magnificently from specification through completion for the things I wanted done. He completely spelled out exactly what tasks would be done and did it at a fair price; not the highest and not the lowest which is exactly the kind of company i wanted. No surprises. His team got going on it immediately that week. For me though, some flexibility on the part of the contractor is required as the job progresses simply because of discovery. When you live in a house as long as I have been here, you tend to get used to, and often overlook, blemishes and imperfections and you don't really realize how crappy it looks. Inevitably there were a few things that i did not think about when we started and very clearly the overall job would do a lot better if we added some items to the contract. No problem for Alan! He got it done with a fair price again. And even a second time his guys found something that would look a whole lot better if we did that too, and I totally agreed. Why didn't I see that? They were taking care of me to make sure the job was "done right"... Haha okay the phrase works..I can't help its their name too. In the end, the house was painted exactly in the style and colors I wanted and it pops! I could not be happier with the final results and the company that did the work. It seriously came out even better than I thought it would. No joke. So i want to commend Alan for a great job managing this crazy thing and making sure i am totally satisfied. His team, most notably Raul's guys Freddy and Douglas, really hustled to get the project done as quickly as possible with great quality and least hassle for me. Oh heck.. after all that i did miss one tiny item... my fault, but I think I can handle that one myself haha. I'll definitely come back to Done Right for more projects down the road. 5 stars guys!
