"In addition to being prompt, responsive, and professional Carlos does great work. My initial call was returned within a few hours and he was at my home doing a walk through of my projects within a few days. His prices are very reasonable and while he works quickly and efficiently, he also takes the time to make sure things are done well and thoroughly.
Overall, Carlos spent a few days at my house - some of the projects were a bit more problematic than we initially thought thanks to an older house, but he stayed until the work was done. In addition to other repairs, Carlos repaired / restored an original 1949 interior door that must have been kicked in by a previous owner. It was a bit difficult, but he spent some time trying to make it right. I didn't expect perfection because of the type of damage, but he didn't feel comfortable charging me the full amount because it didn't meet his personal standards (even though I was satisfied with the result).
Carlos is a keeper and I'm extremely happy to have found him. He's honest and hard working and has a lot of integrity around the quality of the work he does. He's someone who I feel comfortable coming to my home and I will definitely be using him for other projects and upgrades around my house.

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. I will be using IVS for all future fence and gate work."
