"They were quick, they were helpful and they were extremely good."

"They came the same day I called them and stretched the carpet in about an hour. Looks great again. Removed the wrinkles and bumps that had developed over years. Reasonably priced. Great work."

The store subs out its installation work to qualified contractors.

Flooring Usa Inc bent over backwards to coordinate carpet installation with other contractors working on the house at the time. I was offered a bit of a discount on some extra carpet that was sitting around the store for a while and he wanted to move it. His price was an installed price. It included everything. No nickel and diming based on the phase of the moon, or extra travel, weird room shape, etc. His price was very competitive compared to others. It was a mostly vacant house. I gave them 50% down on an AMEX card. They showed up on time for the measurement as well as the install. After the install I drove down the next day and gave them the other 50%.

Subsequently, my brother needed to have the kitchen vinyl replaced at the same address. After getting nickeled and dimed and somewhat gouged by other companies I recommended he simply call Flooring USA. My brother went down there. When he gave the address the sales guy remembered the job from about 60 days prior. Again, gave my brother a deal on a roll of vinyl they wanted to move. Their scheduling was a bit out of sync with my brother's work schedule. My brother gave them ZERO down and the keys to the now vacant house. He came back into town 10 days later and the job was 100% complete. He called in the AMEX to pay for the job.

These folks are easy to work with and price competitive. They are worth a look.

"RESPONSE TIME WAS A LITTLE SLOW FOR A REPAIR JOB. WHEN OWNER FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS, CALLED IMMEDIATELY AND APOLOGIZED PROFUSELY. IT WAS FIXED THE NEXT DAY."

"We had a large space to be tiled & had to wait for shortage-of-stock. But the wait was worth it, and still completed within our time frame. Juan & his team were on time every morning, friendly and professional. Juan is truly an artist!"

"The quality of work was great. They were excellent and did a really good job. I would absolutely use the service again. They were timely, respectful, neat, and they take care of everything. I don't know how to thank them. They did a good job."

"The sales person Angel was great at showing me the right colors and product that looked good for my business and my home the installation was a success the guys that did the install was very respectful and professional this is the third time I used this company I would recommend this company to all my family and friends this company will always have my business for sure"

"Jeremiah was the first person that I dealt with and he was very informative, thorough, and detailed making the selection process run smoothly. His crew did exactly what he said they would throughout the entire process from the demo to the install. The difference between them and companies that I have used in the past is that Tampa Bay Flooring paid attention to every detail and cleaned up daily unlike the companies Ive used in the past. I highly recommend Tampa Bay Flooring to any builders, companies, or even the every day homeowner. They are the best of the best when it comes to flooring."
