Marshall came out promptly and gave us a fair repair estimate (we had extra tiles). Marshall has years of experience in this area. He was careful and continued to assess for hollow tiles as he removed the bulging and broken tiles. (trying to save as much as possible). He re-bonded the hollow tiles without removing them and grouted the replaced planks. He even came an extra time to clean residual bonding that we noticed the next day.
