"Olin called me when the plumber was on the way. Joe arrived on time. He explained what needed to be done to replace the water softener, including when he would be shutting off the water to the house, and set about making the magic happen. "Josh was a straight shooter. He is a great guy who gives you the facts and lets you make your decisions based off of the facts without pressuring you. We had multiple companies come out who were pressuring us to repipe which would have been very costly and Josh told us he could fix the leak first and see how that helped us. He was very punctual, honest, professional, and worked very efficiently. I would no doubt call him and the pampering plumber again if anything comes up in the future."
