(His bid was 30% below the other bid I received.) He arrived promptly to start the job and worked diligently on the prep. Arrived promptly the next morning to start the staining, worked through the job on one of the hottest days and finished ahead of schedule. He did a BEAUTIFUL job and even touched up several hail damaged areas that were not included in the original quote. The deck and porch look better now than they did when first built. One thing I really appreciated was his recommendation on the stain, which he had custom blended to match the original color. Kevin is truly an outstanding craftsman and I will hire him again when I need any work done on my deck.
