This was a laminate floor repair and restoration job that I had tried myself to do but realized that I needed a professional with the tools and materials to properly do it. He did the repair and restoration of the flooring at a very fair price and I'm very happy with the results. "

He removed a rotting post on my front porch, poured concrete and set a new post (making sure it was plumbed and level), sanded, and painted, making sure everything was covered to prevent getting paint on the porch.
