"<p>We had 3 bids all through Angie's List, one of the companies Granite Outlet II that  we had used before. The other two bids were from Solid Stone Fab. and KAT Fab<br /> <br />Most of the bids were similar, except all of the companies provided different prices for removal, sink cutout, plumbing for rehook-up of sink, and rehooking up stove top.</p> <p>Granite Outlet II had a plumber in-house. Solid Stone had a recommendation for a plumber and KAT didn't provide a recommendation. </p> <p>We kept our backslash and KAT was the only company that had an issue with cutting it down if needed. And it was cut to allow for the quartz. </p> <p>We chose Solid Stone Fabricators because we trusted Claudia to do a good job for us. She was very attuned to our needs and anytime we asked her a question if she didn't already know it she got right back with us. She took good notes and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We went to see the where the countertops were fabricated at Solid Stone and we also went to Cambria Quartz in Carrollton and looked at the Quartz we wanted and received large samples there.</p> <p>They came out and measured and showed up on time, then we scheduled for the install.</p> <p>The installers showed up at their scheduled time and finished in less then 5 hours. The next morning the plumber came and hooked the sink and stove back up. </p> <p>Claudia came out a few days later and bought us our extra quartz. its VERY heavy but we wanted to keep it and they also made us a cutting board.</p> <p>I LOVE MY COUNTERTOPS AND NEW GRANITE SINK!<br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"Everything went really well. Jason came to my house with granite samples. We selected the granite. After our cabinet was completed, Seth came to our house and retook measurements. Then we went to the slab yard to see the stone that would be installed. We were able to select the corner of the slab that would be cut for us. The granite was installed today, as scheduled. The crew was very efficient and left everything clean. It is beautiful!!!"

"Great! Mark, the company owner, came and and did the work. He first did a test area as he promised. The test run wasn’t overwhelming. He then modified the solution he uses and did another test area. The improvement was definitely noticeable. I told him to proceed with with entire job as we had discussed. We are pleased with the results. Mark is a polite and friendly businessman with integrity."

"Milton was very responsive, specifically via text, which was perfect for me. He also was very timely and easy to schedule. He had to come out to see what the issue was and provide a quote, and determined that replacing the shower glass was required in addition to the grout repair that I originally requested. After my landlord approved (we got one competing quote) it was easy to schedule and we were able to fit it in about a week after I asked. Once he was doing the work there was a bit of a scare because he determined that there was an issue with how the original shower floor was installed which would require additional time and money to repair. However, he was honest with us about the risk and the landlord decided not to move forward with that. We appreciated how Milton was communicative, honest, and upfront at every stage. Overall it was a quick repair and the shower looks great. The landlord may have to deal with the shower floor in the future but at least he knows about it now."

"Although the job was very small, it was done swiftly, professionally, and with excellent quality. The owner (Joe Pado), the office staff (Lisa), and the fabricator (Antonio) were courteous and responsive. From the time I first contacted them to see if they would take the job to it's completion was less than 2 weeks. In a world where not many vendors are impressive, this one IS! You will not be sorry to work with this company!"
