"His work was great and the price was fair. My husband actually asked him if we could save money and remove all the old counter tops and sinks ourselves and he deducted from the quote. We had a couple of bumps but he was quick to rectify. For example, one sink was dropped and broke so he replaced it. He didn't know that we needed to keep the old tile for repairs and he hauled it off thinking it was trash. Lack of communication on both our parts. The worst though is that he forgot to cover anything in plastic so my entire house was full of white dust! He did pay half the cost of a professional cleaner to come in and clean so he learned a lesson there! I could have pushed it and made him pay the whole thing but half was fair to me. Overall his work was excellent and we parted in good terms so I would recommend him and I will reuse him in the future."

"Hired them to level one corner of an addition which was sinking and had broken the slab foundation resulting in a crack and non level floor in that corner. They jacked up the sunken corner and supported it with footings. I was generally satisfied with the work. However, the contract specified that they were to then come in and cut out a two foot trench (one foot each side of the ~15' crack in the slab), remove the rubble, drill in rebar to the two sides and refill the trench with concrete. After jacking up the corner, the two management level guys oohed and ahhed about how good the crack looked. They suggested that cutting the trench was not necessary. So, what I got was a guy spent a few hours grinding the two sides of the crack smooth in a few places and then pushing concrete into the crack. I was OK with that. However, that's a LOT of work they had just been relieved of and I felt a price adjustment was appropriate. That was not forthcoming. They charged me the full amount even though they did not have to do a big chunk of work they had signed a contract to do. So, despite what I felt was generally good work, I came away from the experience with a bad taste of "bait and switch". Be prepared for that if you hire them."
