We called and found out that this very nice gentleman lived nearby and he was very pleasant to speak with on the phone. He came out the next day and gave me a very fair price for a good load of work. The owner did all the work himself. He brought in his cleaning crew to clean up and they did the whole house. It was amazing. Well worth every penny. "Everything went very well and looked really great. After about 6 months we started to notice problems with the laminate flooring. We called Mr. Chimely and asked if he could look at it. We have put our house up for sale and we need to get the floor repaired. Mr. Chimely said he would come on two separate occasions but he never showed up. We have had to hire someone to fix the floors. The spots that are causing problems have to be torn up and replaced. It is going to cost us $500 to fix this problem because the floor was put down too tight. We feel that Mr. Chimely has let us down. He should have shown up to at least to look at the problem."
