"I had an old roof that starting leaking (again) during our late May rains. I called IM Roofing for emergency repair and a replacement quote. Mike promptly setup an estimate appt and he showed up on time that day. He patched the roof the following day and sent me a reasonable quote for a replacement. They just completed the job today (about 3 weeks later) and it looks great. They tore off all old roofing including the old skylight and replaced a vent for my range hood. All joints were well sealed and the roof looks great. They put down a layer of fiberglass underlayment and then the bitumen torch down roofing. They replaced all facad shingles as well. Finished in a day and a half. Very professional and a high quality job. Highly recommended."
