He kept me appraised of each step of the process, assisted me in the selection of cabinets and countertop, and promptly responded to any questions/requests I made. Frederico was the lead worker. He consistently kept me appraised of their progress, what the next steps entailed, and if there was going to be a day/weekend they would not be back (due to permit appointments, etc).
