The people who did the actual work, the supervisor and the in-house designer were all very knowledge and experienced people. "Joe uses very good judgement in all my repairs. He quickly responded to this service call placed by the tenant. He assessed the age of the water heater and advised it was past it's useful life and recommended replacing.
He does service calls on all my rentals from minor repairs to complete remodeling. His judgement is good on what needs fixing or replacing. His rates are very fair plus his quick turn around of the homes gets vacant rentals back on the market quickly. He always treats my calls as important whether they are a small repair like a garbage disposal gone bad or a roof that's leaking and that needs replacing. He is my go-to guy for all service calls."

"I phoned and made the appointment with no problem. The installer was meant to arrive sometime between 9 and noon
(I took a half day off work), but he arrived at 12:20 so I had to take a few more hours off work. Apparently he had to go to Home Depot to get the disposal. But he brought the right disposal and tools, so he set right to work. He didn't waste time with small talk or doing other stuff, which I appreciated, and he installed the unit correctly. He cleaned up, taking the old garbage disposal away, and left after assuring that I was satisfied with how the unit ran. The unit was running fine and continues to do so.
