"I have a small galley kitchen that recently flooded and it had not been renovated since 2001. Mark was reasonably priced, honest and his crew did an excellent job. Mark was very responsive throughout the process and I could not be happier with the end result. Thank you Mark :)"

"Our experience was great! My boyfriend and I purchased a couch that needed new legs installed and Dave did a beautiful job. He was efficient, fair, and lovely to work with. We would absolutely call him again. Thanks, Dave!"

"We recently hired Apex American Homes to update a small kitchen in our mobile home in Oceanside before listing the property, and the experience could not have been better. We needed work that would make a real visual impact without going over budget, and many contractors we spoke with kept trying to sell us on things we did not need. Igor was the only one who listened to what mattered to us. He understood our goals right away and helped us focus on the updates that would add the most value. The difference in the kitchen after the remodel was incredible. His team worked quickly, paid attention to the details, and the space feels completely refreshed. The entire process was smooth and stress free, and we always felt we were in good hands. We are both very happy with the results and the professionalism throughout. I truly recommend Apex American Homes."

"Fantastic! Needed whole house remodeled in 2 months. King delivered! Ilan has many crews and connections. Color choices and materials were modern and perfect. Remodeling included kitchen all bathrooms, all bedrooms. Painted interior and exterior. New luxury vinyl floors throughout house. New garage door and new roof. Everything was per contract and no delays. My best experience with a contractor ever and I highly recommend King."

"First project: I am very pleased with Repairs & Remodels On Demand (RROD). I was in the process of selling a property that was about 75 years old. The buyer's mortgage company had sent an inspector who noted several issues. Obviously I was under time pressure. RROD responded very quickly. I needed a hearth built in front of an existing fireplace. RROD advised me on what the current code requirements were. I selected material and the hearth was installed the next day. The inspector also reported six electrical issues, four plumbing issues in the kitchen and four in the bathroom. RROD repaired them all in two days. RROD sent a three man team. The timeline for the project was: Day 1, evaluate job and create estimate; Day 2, install hearth, correct electrical issues and begin plumbing work; Day 3, complete plumbing. On the fourth day I notified the buyer's agent to schedule the re-inspection; the inspection passed with no problems. Sale completed. Second project: In a rental property I own, a tenant wanted a laundry area. I had had the area plumbed but the walls had been opened to accomplish the plumbing. I needed the walls closed up, a short wall built, and the appliances installed. First day, evaluate job and create estimate. Two days later start and complete the job in two additional days. On the day after the completion, the tenant reported a problem with a door that had been installed. I went over and checked and she was correct. It was in mid-afternoon and I called RROD and reported the problem. They immediately scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next morning (and repaired it on that visit). It was a small job with a small problem. The work looked very professional and the paint for the new areas matched the existing room colors. The point is, they do high quality work and they really do stand behind their work. I shall certainly use them again. I am very satisfied with their responsiveness and the high quality of work. They are easy people to work with. They came through for me. Dan"

"Just signed a Contract to start the second phase of remodeling our house. The project manager, Didi, is beyond the man. Walked the house with his computer and put everything together so throughly that I know what is going to happen every step of the way. The work itself was managed very well through the whole project.⠨ Thank you Sheiner Construction for my new kitchen"

"Creations Construction did a full home remodel for us in Poway ? new floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. The attention to detail and quality of work were exceptional. They made the entire process stress-free, and the project manager kept us updated every step of the way. We couldn?t be happier with how our home turned out!"

"We hired Shawn to remodel our two bathrooms last fall (recommendation came from my husband's boss). He communicated in a timely manner to let us know what the next step was in our project. He was always patient and courteous when we had questions. He was flexible when we made a couple of changes to the original design plan. The bathrooms turned out great! When the time comes, we will use Coastal Design Remodeling for our kitchen."
