Technician Steven was on-time and listen to my concerns.    I have a large home and my backyard has lots of spiders and ants that needs regular maintenance.

Steven removed all cobwebs which our previous pest control company would never do.   Our yard is mostly concrete with a pool.  Steven arrived with a truck mounted sprayed and he did a great job at spraying the entire perimeter of the house including where all cements join together as that is the gateway for ants.

I watched and everything he said he would do he did and more.   

I purchased the bi-monthly deal and this is our first treatment.    Time will how well things work out or not, but so far and at the start everything went great and am happy to recommend them.

"He is great. The service is not that expensive. I would say it is between average and low. It is not cheap, but he is certainly not high. The whole rodent thing is such a game and some people would literally charge thousands of dollars and he is not even close to that. He is very honest. "Called Sam and left a message which he promptly returned in a few minutes. Made an appt. to come out the next day. He came a bit earlier than expected but that was fine by me and went right to work. I showed him a few of the nests I spotted, he immediately pointed out a few more that I didn't see and assured me that he would check the rest of the house for anymore.
