"It went well enough. Not fully satisfied with all plants or groundcover choices but went with both; my fault. Absolutely no follow-up, excuses of too busy, will stop by later; never happened. Have texted them but not alot; don't want to be a nag. Guarantee follow-up with replacements and/or removal, etc., for a year from $initialization. This has not happened. Nice guys but need to follow-up."

The service was excellent in every way! First, they were unavoidably delayed on the appointment time and made every effort to keep me posted on their adjusted ETA. Once they arrived, they assessed the situation and advised the most non-invasive treatment for my home, and for the bees. They came up with a creative and very intelligent solution to the problem that is do-able and inexpensive. They are professional, knowledgeable, respectful of the homeowner and of the environment. The cleaners removed the window screen but while cleaning them, they destroyed my windows screen.

I have very high windows and the cleaners left behind water marks all over, did not look very good.
