"Carlos and his team were very professional (quick to respond, attentive to details, clean site, proper expertise). They applied themselves with patience, perseverance and artistry in dismantling and rebuilding the wall, stone by stone, while anchoring it with mortar as necessary. I intend to hire Carlos again for multiple projects. Thank you for your great work and professionalism."

"Extremely well. Eli is a master at communication, kept me informed of movements of his team; timing and adhered to that timing. They were respectful of special circumstances (dog). Acer Team cleaned up the site each evening when they were complete. Eli checked for feedback on the progress at key steps along the way. Perfect performance and professional approach."

"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"We recently purchased a home that did not pass the sewer lateral inspection and we needed to have it replaced. I made several calls to multiple companies to get quotes for this repair. The quotes were kind of all over the place with Platinum General being somewhere in the middle price wise. My point of contact with the company was John Ramirez. And he is the main reason I chose to work with them. The price was good, the work was done 3 days ahead of the original estimate, but John was very helpful every step of the way. He stopped by several times to take care of his team, and to make sure everything was going according to plan, answered all of our questions and communicated in a quick and concise way. They handled all the necessary permits and follow up inspections with the city, their team was polite, clean and quick. All the repair work that was done to the concrete at our house and on the street was great. I can only speak to the job they did, but for anyone looking for help with a sewer lateral, I highly recommend Platinum General! And John, thank you for everything! You'll be our fist call when we need help with something else!"
