"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Air Sharks, who replaced my aging furnace and damaged heat ducts. Elizabeth provided a detailed explanation in a friendly, professional and understandable way. Pricing seemed reasonable, and was 25% below a previous estimate. Daniel and his crew did a fantastic job removing and replacing the new furnace and the duct system in a very tight crawl space. They left the furnace looking absolutely beautiful and clean. I highly recommend them"

"The plumbing technicians came out as promised to assess the leak. They were both very courteous and kind and assessed the damage. I am giving three stars because they estimated the cost to be almost 250% higher than what the actual cost was to fix the issue. I am sure there are customers out there that would just accept any bid however, please get multiple beds for these projects, especially when working with this company as they will inflate the cost to take advantage of the situation. I ended up only paying for the $79 estimate."
