He came on time, on a Sunday due to an urgent request on Saturday, and he was able to give a diagnosis immediately and estimate, and repaired them on the spot upon request with a reasonable price for the work. John is knowledgeable , courteous, professional, and I highly recommend this company, and we will definitely ask for this company again if we need any repairs in the future and will recommend him to our families and friends, and to everyone. Not included paid for rotation lo replacement which they charged me $150. So total I paid $307 tax included. It?s a ripped off because I should have just a new machine that cost me $200-300extra money more. But still relevant."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
