"Called on Sunday, service tech was there within a few hours. Awesome in my book. Walked around the house, took the time to talk to me, but didn't exactly explain what he was going to do. I "thought" he was going to do a lot more, but it got the job done so that's OK. He explained I had to pay $50/month for "continued" ant spray service or else he wouldn't set the traps. Not great but OK. Caught a mouse a few days later and they came the next day, took care of it no worries. When they came back for a "continued" cleaning, removed a wasp nest we didn't know we had. So all in all bit on the pricey side but great service. <br />"

"I spoke to Jason on Friday afternoon. He agreed to take a look on the following Monday. He explained that the longer the honeybees had to establish a honeycomb, the more successful he could be in capturing the all-important queen within. Jason called on Monday when he was en route, and arrived about 15 minutes later. He donned his gear and vacuumed the bees into a shop vac retrofitted with screened holes. Then Jason detached the wax honeycomb from the fence. The entire operation took just over two hours. The bees have a new home in Pescadero, near the coast. I am very pleased that I did not have to kill the bees or use insecticide in my tiny yard. My goal is to support pollinators by putting the fountain, flowers and herbs in this very small yard on the flight plan of every local hummingbird, butterfly and bee. Jason was very professional and focused. He explained the entire process. This was not a job that my husband or I could have done ourselves. I would use Humble Bee Removal again if necessary."

"Omega was the group hired by the listing real estate agent for a house we purchased in Oakland; the inspection suggested that there was termite activity and that "further inspection was needed." We called to schedule service as soon as we purchased the house; they were booking 4 weeks out. We also had them come back to do the "further inspection" where they basically said that there's a portion of the house that's inaccessible and would need to have the structural reinforcement of the foundation removed in order to access it for treatment which would cost an additional $1500. Why they couldn't have said that on the original report is beyond me. <br /> <br />Fast forward and the day of our appointment comes. I took off a half day from work and they no-showed. I called to follow up and they said, "sorry, we had to fire a guy." So apparently they fire people without rescheduling their appointments. To me, a lack of customer service is the biggest red flag when it comes to using a service company. They made no amends for wasting my time and so I'll be paying an extra amount to have a different group come inspect. <br />"
