I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable and patient he is, and that he was willing to walk me through the steps to get the shuttle back on track so the door opened and shut, without slamming into the motor, determine the door sensors weren’t aligned so the door wouldn’t shut, and told me how to hold down the wall button to bypass the sensor control so I could manage until I I could realign them.
