When we started looking into getting a patio cover we got bids from three different companies.  We choose to go with PatioCrew.  Now we have a big beautiful insulated patio cover and we love it.  Warren and the crew were all really nice and polite to work with.  They specialize in patio covers and it shows.  They got the permit from the city for us and had no problem hooking up lights and fans under the cover.  The workmanship and quality is great, and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. "Joe uses very good judgement in all my repairs. He quickly responded to this service call placed by the tenant. He assessed the age of the water heater and advised it was past it's useful life and recommended replacing.
