"From the reception staff on the phone, to Ricardo, the Field technician, this company was professional and thorough.  Ricardo located a few minor problems in a 60 year old home that had never been treated, but also had very little visible termite damage.  Since the home was vacant, he actually recommended that the home be tented first (which this company does not do, they are Eco-friendly) and then use his company for ongoing maintenance.  He explained the reasons very clearly and thoroughly and was very professional.  I plan on contacting this company when we treat our own home.

We were offered a discount for paying a full year of service and the customer service has been excellent thus far. We have only had one service performed since we signed up but we are very hopeful this will be a very good pest control service provider. We also asked for early notification prior to service dates as we have a pet that must be kept inside on service days.
