"Wow! After a few "no-show" plumbers, I found a gem amidst the storm - literally! My sewer ejection pump stopped working and Ramiro was my hero! We were able to coordinate over the phone with me describing my situation and sending a few pictures. Ruben showed up this morning and was probably one of the nicest, kindest, more competent people I have had work on my house ever. He was able to restore my pump to working order and replace the parts needed. Ruben was very communicative and precise in his diagnosis and repair. He left after a few hours with my pump back up and running - the pump was cleaned out and the alarm float replaced. I am so relieved and more importantly, happy to know whom to call if one of my 4 pumps is in need of some TLC at any time. You would be lucky if you needed help with your pumps to have Quality Pump Service be able to help you!"

"Prompt call back and service. The team was very professional. They recognized the issue with my sump pump was an electrical one. So, I didnâ t have to replace my sump pump saving me money. Thanks for saving the day!!"

"I was apprehensive about this project because the entire, crumbling sectional clay sewer line from my 95 year old home needed to be replaced. Bracing for some crazy expensive bids, I obtained four of them. One was actually crazy; of the other three, I chose Fito for their very professional proposal and excellent value. On the day of the job, they pulled up fully equipped and ready to roll, and knocked it out in a day. Added to that, the entire crew, to a person, were so courteous I considered it a bonus. Satisfied? So much so I had them replace all the drain lines under the house the next day, again for an excellent price. Don't get upsold, cross-sold or down-sold; I believe you can trust this company to do your job correctly and honestly."

"Pedro handled a complicated water main repair/replacement. He and his team were very competent, calm, and professional. Pedro’s upbeat attitude, common sense and persistence were a perfect fit for our project. He gave a good price and kept at it until the job was done. I highly recommend Ortega Plumbing & Rooter!"

"The plumber was very patient, explained the work clearly, and provided fast and excellent service. I highly recommend him!"

"They came when they said they would, put an estimate together on the spot, and after I agreed and signed, they came at the time specified and got to work. Alex and Ruben worked hard all day, and got it done in about 5-6 hours. Both were pleasant and professional, and happy to explain what they were doing and how the hybrid system works. They seemed keen to have me contact them with any questions. It seemed pricey but the quote they gave me was very close to the two other quotes I got."

"Larry called right back and scheduled appointment over the weekend. He arrived on time and called ahead as promised. He was very transparent in his hourly pricing up front. Upon arrival he got right to the job and moved quickly to remedy the situation. While the job was less straightforward than I thought, It was clear he wasn't trying to run the clock out. He solved the problem swiftly with expertise. His work was very well done and clean. He didn't try to upsell me at every turn as I've experienced with other plumbers. I would definitely hire him again to handle repairs and larger jobs."
