"Jay's Small Moves was a delight from start to finish. When I called and wanted a in home estimate, but couldn't do it during their normal hours, they arranged for one of the owners to come by at night. They sent an estimate the very next day, and recommended a 5 man crew, and promised that it would not exceed 10 hours. <br /> They called the day before the moved to confirm and then showed up on the dot at 8:30am the next morning. After a brief tour, they when to work, and had the whole place was empty within 2.5 hours. They were smart, professional and friendly. They were great unloading too, and the whole move took less than 6 hours, including 45 minute transit time.  <br /> This is a huge change from the last time we moved, where the movers were nice, but they took 10-12 hours ON EACH END OF THE MOVE. "Felix was extremely helpful in setting up our service. He kept me informed on what was needed and was always happy to answer any of my questions. The day of the move the movers called me when they were 20 minutes away and arrived promptly. The crew was Carlos Angel and Moose. They were very friendly and professional and after explaining the process set right off to work. They were very hard working and prepared all of my furniture items with great care and efficiently. They loaded the truck very quickly and carefully. The move was from Glendale CA to Hemet CA about 90 miles. They again arrived promptly and again set right to work moving everything thing in and placing it where we wanted. The temperature was about 100 degrees yet they never slowed down or once complained. Carlos finished all the paperwork and they finished the job perfectly. If I could give these fine hardworking young men a 10 star rating I would. It was such a pleasure working with this company and I would very highly recommend them to anyone. They were professional and very competitively priced.
