"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"Gary was  prompt and professional for each appointment.  On the initial appointment, he patiently answered all my questions, provided a good selection of products to choose from, and gave a quote for services.  The day of service, Gary prepped & painted the inside of the fireplace as well as all hardware on the doors.  For the finishing touches, he installed a new burner and fire glass.  When he left the area was clean and ready to be enjoyed.  My boring, outdated gas fireplace is now updated, and looks great!!!  I'd hire Gary again.

"Three ladies came and immediately started cleaning.  Worked two hours and did a great job.  I had been ill for a few weeks and had been unable to keep up with the cleaning, so I looked forward to my getting my home back "in shape."  I had made a few mental notes to make sure a couple things got done (wiping down cabinets and doors, for example);  this they did without having to be told. I was pleased with the results.  The ladies were very pleasant, did a great job, and I would both recommend Pristine and use them again.

"Jose did a great job cleaning our off-white carpet. We had had a hot water slab leak resulting in a large soiled area in our dining room. We thought we might have to discard the carpet in that room. After replacing the soaked pad and having the carpet reattached to the tack strips by another vendor, we had Jose clean the carpet. He did a fantastic job, and there is no residual stain. No one would ever guess that we had had any problem with our carpet. In addition, we had him clean the carpet in the rest of the house. It looks like a new carpet throughout the house even though it is many years old. Jose was very punctual and considerate. We will definitely call Jose in the future when we need carpet cleaning."

"Excellent, as always.  They say when I thank them, that |'m trying to do my best" but I respond , What you do IS the best, Rosie's team bring their own equipment and cleaning supplied.  Before our celebrations, they do the windows, help set up the tables and make it look festive.  Rosie is careful to attend workshops and be "up" on the different fabrics, furniture materials, and other cleaning supplies that must be used or avoided.  I have antique furniture so it cannot tolerate normal furniture polish.  They are friendly, thoughtful, helpful in so many ways.I find the group to be totally honest.  They call always if they will be delayed by traffic or a flat tire."
