"I called Nutter Appliance to fix my Thermador oven because it wouldn’t heat. Ken, the Thermador technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the oven out of its enclosure and then checked the heating element, wires to heating element, mother board, relay switch that sends current to the heating element, and the Interlock air switch, which closes when the oven fan is blowing to prevent the oven from overheating. The problem was that the Interlock air switch wasn’t closing so that the oven wouldn’t turn on. It was fortunate that I called Nutter Appliance because they had Thermador switch even though the part was no longer available from Thermador. I was really pleased with Nutter Appliance and highly recommend them."

"I called a few places and they were the only ones that could visit the same day. Arman arrived on the earlier side of the time window they provided and called 20 minutes before arriving. I really appreciated the punctuality and clear communication. Once he arrived, I told him what happened, and he immediately diagnosed the issue, told me the cost, and assessed the options. Thankfully, he had the exact parts required to fix my machine! Not only did he fix my dryer, he thoroughly cleaned the inside portion that you can't get to unless you remove the top and front panels. "If they wanted to, they could have said, "Sure." The guy was very helpful and said, "Look, it's going to cost as much to buy a new one as it would to repair this." So they didn't do the work.  I only paid a small service fee or something and then they ended up not doing the work and I bought a new washer. But, I appreciated that. They could have had me repair it. They could have had me repair it seven times and I would have, on their advice, but they were honest. As a matter of fact, we left their magnet on our refrigerator."
