"Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plus"

"About two weeks ago we noticed a small amount of water below the water heater and immediately knew we needed to have it checked out. We called out a company to check it out who informed us we had an internal leak and would need it replaced.  At this point I went to Angie's list to find local plumbing companies and after looking at several models and brands of water heaters we knew we wanted to go with a Bradford white, the same brand we had.  I then researched companies that offered this brand and found Top Notch Plumbing.  After speaking with Gordon on the phone and explaining what the issue was he quoted us over the phone. I then read reviews on his company before moving forward.  I called him back a couple days later to make an appointment. "The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped.
