"It went quite well.  I was having trouble finding someone in the valley with good reviews, these guys had good reviews on another site and I gave them a call mid-afternoon one day.  They set up an appointment for the following morning.  The exterminator dispatched even called to let me know he had run into some traffic and might be a couple minutes late, which was good to know even though I didn't need to be anywhere.  He showed up, asked some questions, and took a look at the hive in the water control box near my front door.  He even walk around the house and checked for any other potential problems that I might not have noticed.  After evaluating everything, he explained what he was going to do and quoted me a price.  It sounded very reasonable to me, so we filled out the paperwork, then he let me know to stay away from the area for a few days, and he went to work.
Once the job was complete, he said he'll stop back by in two weeks to confirm the bees are all cleared up.  The company also provides a 30 day warranty, and the exterminator gave me his cell number and told me to call back if for any reason the bees were still there.  I for one appreciate this since it's important to make sure the job is actually finished.
There was apparently one digit off in my payment information, and the office later called me to confirm the correct information.  They were very polite and professional about it.
Overall, I'm pleased with how this went.  They were quick, reasonably priced, effective, and professional.  The fact that I didn't even have to ask for a follow-up is also a major positive point.  I will definitely be calling these people again if we get any other pests around the home.
One other note, it seems there's some mixed information about their working radius floating around the Internet.  They're based in Anthem, but I'm in Chandler and they were happy to send someone all the way out here even though I'm sure that's not a short drive.
