"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"I would absolutely use Jax Mechanical in the future. Justin and Zac were very professional and thorough. I was very hesitant, due to a previous bad encounter with Service Master. Justin and Zac were patient and not condescending. Michael was quick with the bid/estimate and I am grateful for their service. If you need a water heater installed, be assured that Jax Mechanical is the only call you need to make."

"We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"

"Anthony arrived on time and went straight to work. He worked steadily and when completed explained that the heater is in good shape with nothing wrong. He did not have the intake filter with him so he offered to come back and install it, this was not part of the original deal. He showed up this morning and installed the filter, cleaned the vent and cover. Excellent customer service.

"Arrived on time. Checked water heater and adjusted thermostat."

"First, I called Vista Plumbing for an estimate. Ray, the plumber, listened to our concerns and explained what he could do to help with the rattling problem with the pipes and the hot/cold situation in the shower.  He gave me a number for the part needed (under warranty) and asked me to call when the part was received.  Next, when the part was delivered, a time was arranged and Vista Plumbing was here within the week.  In one day the water pipes were clamped and the shower faucet was replaced.  Now, everything concerning the water pipes are good.

I was happy with the service, the knowledge, the expertise, the punctuality, and the kindness.  In the beginning, he spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and answering our questions.  In the end, I received a clean, professional job.  I would recommend Vista Plumbing to my friends and family.

I also would like to mention the woman who answers the telephone and makes the appointments.  She was wonderful and helpful, very upbeat.  It was a pleasant experience talking with her."

"Same Day Heating and Air did a fantastic job. They removed the old unit and installed a new one in one day. Thy also took care of the permits and inspection process. I was pleased by the professionalism and great service."

"I contacted Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air, a honest and trustworthy company after I realized at the last minute I needed a refrigerator water line assessment and they quickly sent Miguel to my home who noticed upon assessment inspection the water pressure was unsatisfactory and recommended replacing the water pressure valve in addition to the refrigerator water line. Miguel was absolutely amazing , a breath of fresh air, very easy to work with, and managed to accommodate my water line hookup needs fitting me into his busy schedule. Miguel provided me with a great service experience at very reasonable price! He went above and beyond providing before and after pictures of my old and new water setup, answers all of my questions, all while providing outstanding customer service with a smile & 10/10 quality of work! Thank you Miguel for a great refrigerator water line hook up experience !!"

"My water heater was flashing a code and not producing hot water. California Plumbing came out and diagnosed the issue. They were quick and efficient, got my water heater running the same day!"
