"I would give zero stars if I could. They are completely incompetent. We hired them to install a set of french doors to my backyard. They couldn't get the door to close properly, and the French doors were scraping against each other when closing. They claimed the issue was a faulty hinge and that they needed to order a replacement. I emailed them multiple times for updates, and getting a response was like pulling teeth. They consistently postponed the repair date. When they finally returned to fix it, THREE MONTHS LATER, they discovered the problem wasn't the hinge at all, but rather a protruding screw. They didn't even use the replacement hinge; they simply replaced the screw. As a result, I had a non-functioning door for three months. Furthermore, we provided them with the specifications of the hardware we were going to order. They initially advised that a single dummy handle would suffice for the non-locking door, but it actually required a passage handle. However, when they realized the single dummy handle wouldn't work, they told us to order a double dummy handle, before they realized it needed a passage. Now, I have two extra sets of wasted hardware. I can't return them because their prolonged delay in installing the door caused the return period to expire. I also don't know what kind of discount door they got, but the handle is extremely low, only 30 inches above the ground. When I looked it up, door handles are usually 36 inches above the floor. They are terrible"

"Hernan Diaz and his wonderful crew from HD Paint & Home Remodeling LLC have to be the most Professional people that I have ever seen in a long time. Project was slotted for two days, they arrived on time and with all the materials required to restore my Master Bathroom to immaculate new built home look in one day! They were simply amazing, far exceeded my expectations on their skill set and workmanship. They took such great pains in covering the walk way paths through the home, my entire Master Bedroom and all areas of my Master Bathroom, they treated my home like it was theirs. Again may they be blessed with more business and work in any setting, for whoever hires them, will definitely have the best people doing their project. I would choose them again in a heartbeat, I would not even take bids from another source."

Gary, the Residential and Commercial Consultant, provided us with a thorough quotation that included property photographs, roof dimensions, recommended materials and timeframe for completing the project. The pricing estimates were aligned with our insurance estimates. We were comfortable submitting this professionally prepared quotation to our insurer and HOA (which required a 30-day notice). Lisa, the Finance Manager, let us know what to expect and provided documentation to our insurer. Materials were delivered the day prior to the start of the project. The next day the team of roofers laid out a protective tarp surrounding our property and began working. The Production Manager, Fernando, introduced himself, and provided a business card which included his mobile number. The project was concluded in an efficient manner and the cleanup of debris was thorough. Workmanship is guaranteed and the new roof looks great!"

"Alex Blaker and his team were referred to me by ADU small home sales person in Austin Tx. My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job. Happy to work with Alex and his team and look forward to working with them on future projects!"

"I was initially satisfied with Alejandro Plaster & Stucco. I chose to go with them I chose to believe the positive reviews. Work was performed but communication once hired wasn't great. After paying, they were supposed to do some finishing up with touch-ups. After several times contacting them, they came back. Some days they wouldn't show up when he said they would, and I got no communication about that. They were supposed to come back a few times from what was communicated to me, but they have yet to show. The back of my house still needs to be finished with touch-ups because the paint work is clearly undone. We have reached out several times and gotten no response. I don't know how I'm supposed to trust that they'll honor their warranty on the stucco and paint if they can't even honor their word to come finish touching up what they already did. I wanted to be able to leave a good review and refer them to other neighbors needing stucco work done, but I cannot do that now."

"Jeff arrived on time for quote. Price was fair based on other properties I have had painted. Jeff and his crew did quality work. Since this is a rental property and I was not onsite each day, Jeff sent pics and updates every day. They sanded old wood windows and wood trim and made them look fresh again. Fixed holes and imperfections in walls and painted. They also installed new baseboards and window trim in some locations. They also finished the job a day early. I finally found a quality painter that I can trust."

"BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! I was duped by this company! Told me the installation of my single front iron door would be $255/hr for 1 hr possible 2 hours for 2 people. This install was 7 hours for each person or 14 hours which cost me over $1300 to install 1 door. The door was already prehung. The 2 men were walking around wasting time, pretending to look for parts such as door handles which were right in front of them in the box. This is deceptive, false advertising, and will be reported to the BBB. They didn’t even get my confirmation/approval for additional hours or work! I will NEVER use their services again. Duped!"

"Brandon and his assistant were right on top of it. Lawn decorations had a ton of parts, and there were 2 of them so they had to do double the work. Very professional and courteous all the way through. We gladly paid what they asked and added a little extra because we were so happy with them. We will definitely be hiring them again."
