"Rogelio Hernandez did an excellent job by removing all of the damaged water proof surface on my balcony and replacing all of the damaged wood framing (due to water and termite damage). He gets my appreciation for his professionalism, ability to adapt to unexpected issues and good communication skills (he responded to a multitude of questions I asked and kept me well informed regarding the process). He was also willing and able to hire a sub to replace the surface waterproofing once the framing was complete. I am happy with the job he completed by repairing my balcony. Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen."

"Fernando was prompt, personable and competent. He completed the job in in appropriate time frame and left the work areas as he found them. Even though I am twice vaccinated I appreciated the fact that he did wear a mask and was conscientious of Covid safetyâ ¦. even though he was also vaccinated"
