On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. "When David arrived at our home for the estamate he was extremely through. We had a lot of questions regarding the age of the roof and time and cost of the repairs. He was very detailed and through with his knowledge of roofs. He was our 3rd qoute as we looked for the best price and wanted a professional job done. He let us know of his time in the roofing industry and that this was his first year As a new business. He went above and beyond. In everything we asked. ODR included the amount of the cost of the permit in the overall job honestly to include some travel time and expense to Sacramento. Honesty is a very important aspect of any business dealings. Oscar and his team didn't disappoint me. The work was done as promised, one time and cleaning up every day. They protected my gardens and those of my neighbors. "Sonrise did a fabulous job. They were very responsive to my calls and questions about the roof and solotube options. On the days of the job the workers were quick and efficient. The only negative was a misunderstanding about whether the roof rot repair was ready for inspection by the termite inspector as the house was being prepared for sale. But the company repaired all areas that the termite inspector pointed out, and it passed inspection. The work was even finished a day early. Great job.

"They did great! The job took less than 2 weeks. Renato did a thorough inspection and even went to check attic to check everything. He gave us detailed descriptions of what needed to be done but also did not force us to get things unless we really need to. His boss Jose helped with making this project within our budget. Benjamin the main man that did all the roof did a great job! They were clean and made sure to keep the peace within our surrounding neighbor. We have a really difficult next door neighbor, but with these guys help and professionalism, they went far and beyond their help. It was a successful and fast project!
