"This is the second time we have used Tile and Grout King.  This job involved installing 18" square tile marble over 2 brick fireplace walls and a 110" hearth..   Some bricks extended into the room and had to be cut off.    Two crews worked all week to make the installation.  They were on time each day and communicate quite well.   The floors were well protected and the crews cleaned up each day.   I am very happy with the results and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. <br />"

"It went as well as I would have expected, which is perfectly (I always expect perfection). We have about 840 sq feet of stone floor with extremely dirty grout lines. AGS came in and cleaned the floor and that got the grout back to about half good and then they stained the grout lines and that brought back the original color and the floor is gorgeous. We are really pleased. It was pretty expensive, but the guy spent four days doing it and the result is oh so worth it. We have our new floor back!"

"Excellent work!  Jim and his staff arranged for a convenient time.  Alex and Eric arrived promptly and went to work.  Initially they surveyed all the carpet in the house, including heavily traveled areas.  We had vacuumed the carpet before they came, but they used a more powerful vacuum prior to starting their cleaning process.  We removed smaller pieces of furniture.  They moved the larger furniture and placed it on foam blocks to prevent it from getting damp.  They carefully cleaned the carpets.  They did a great job.  Following the cleaning process, they used industrial fans to help accelerate the drying.  They were friendly and courteous, and everything was professionally done.   Highly recommend! <br />"

"Our cleaning tech was Didier and he actually called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. Fine with us. Didier was very professional and explained everything he would do to make our sofa clean again. He took great care in handling the fabric cushions and sectional bases. He even used floor cloths although we have tile floors. The sofa sections were vacuumed multiple times - there was a lot of cat hair embedded in the fabric that our vacuum wasn't able to handle. Because the cleaning process was so successful, we opted to have Didier apply a fabric protector coat. <br /> The process of vacuuming, cleaning and protecting the sofa took over 5 hours but the sofa looks great. We are very pleased with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to a friend or family member.  <br />"
