Get matched with top deck or porch repairers in San Mateo, CA

"There are many landscapers that would be happy to come to your house for a major project. I was in need of a relatively small repair. I requested several quotes and all except one responded that they were not interested for one reason or another except Genaro at Landscaping Bay Area. He showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my problem and was very courteous. While I had a small problem I can only imagine what he would be capable of accomplishing on a larger scale project. I would highly recommend this man and his company! PS I had no idea how to make these repairs myself. He never asked for any money. I gave him $120. and he said no and then handed me back $20. I wanted it to be as pleasant an experience for him as it was for me so I insisted. (I also didn't want to lose such a valuable resource.)"

"We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. If you need deck work, I recommend hiring Michael and his team."

"Repair work on deck and house stucco/wood done quickly, on time, and with high quailty."

"Pat and his crew did an excellent job of patching and painting some holes left by electrical repair. They also painted the entire ceiling and did a good job, and were very flexible about coming in the evening and on weekends. They were fair on price as well."

"Unbelievable turnaround time on our new multi-level deck. Bayside Builders Group gave us a realistic timeline and actually beat it by two days. The framing underneath is beefy and engineered perfectly to handle our heavy hot tub. Communication was awesome from start to finish, no guesswork or waiting around for answers!"

"Our landscaping in Menlo Park needed a complete refresh. The team replaced thirsty plants with drought-tolerant options that still provide plenty of color and curb appeal. We're using much less water without sacrificing appearance."

"I have hired Trimble Construction many times for a variety of remodel work, from simple to complex. They are professional, prompt, and I have always been pleased with the quality of work. Highly recommend"

"I have been looking to get the recessed lights done for years, but couldn’t find the right people that I could trust. During consultation, I was able to trust them with their knowledge and their professionalism, and the results were beyond my expectation. I was out of town during the installation, but they cleaned everything at the end and installation was all done without any defects."

"Quick response, sounds and feasible resolution suggestions, reasonable pricing. Happy with the work."
