Jacob sent a confirmation text with eta. When the other companies came, they went on top of the roof and gave different approaches and causes of leaks, but Jacob (from Roofworx) (not Jake from State Farm) was the only one who went inside the attic and literally found and showed me pictures of leaks along with a long-term approach to fixing the problem.
