I called many plumbers and these guys were the only ones who not only answered their phone, but were able to come out in a reasonable time. They resolved my initial issue and also noticed a larger problem, namely tree roots growing in the pipes that flow out to the sewer. They were able to get back out there the next business day and got all the roots taken care of. On top of being fast and efficient, everyone was super nice. "Carlos originally remodeled our entire office space, which we LOVE. We are VERY picky about how things are done, and this guy lived up to our expectations and more. At times, I think we drove him a bit crazy, but he never showed it. 
He installed our sink and we've always had some plumbing issues as a result of the old pipes in the building. My sink had been clogged for a couple of weeks and I was super lazy about calling Carlos to come check it out. I called him last week and within an HOUR he was there to fix it. He happened to be in the neighborhood on his lunch break, and took time from eating to come check in, say hello and fix the plumbing issues. It was fixed in no time and is working like new.
