He told me he was coming off a job and would be right over. He was able to do some temporary repairs that very cold night (in the 30s) and was able to troubleshoot and fix the gate within the next 36 hours. No upselling. No B.S. "James arrived about 20 minutes early on a Saturday morning. Less than 2 hours later he was done and I had a working door again. The opener had stripped gears and most of the springs were broke. In fact the door hadn't been opened more that a couple of times in the past few years. James did an excellent job, quickly, and although he suggested a new door, there was not the usual and quot;hard-selland quot; that I usually encounter. However, I did agree that we would be needing a new door in the near future and James stated that he would give us substantial discount when that time comes. Although $750 was a little more than I expected to pay, all-in-all I was happy with the deal. I would do business with ABC again, and I do plan on using them again when I replace the door itself.
