"Universal Home Design Inc. is fabulous! I'm a single senior woman and I'd never had remodeling work done before. I was vey frightened of being taken advantage of by a contractor. The contractor Ouriel listened to every word I said. He guided me to get the exact results I wanted in remodeling my bathroom. He is extremely professional and informative. He estimated the job to take 3 - 4 weeks, he was right on. Everyone on the working crew spoke English, and were reliable, efficient, courteous and trustworthy.
