He came to inspect the job himself and then sent Juan to do the repair, which had to be done in about ten places. "The spring of the garage got broken and I called this company to come and fix it. Oren was able to give me a good price for the work and he was able to come the same day for the repair. 
It took Oren like an hour to remove the old and broken spring and to install the new one. Oren was honest by telling me not to use the most expensive part because all of them includes the same warranty.
