"The greatest roofing company I,ve ever encountered is Northwest Builders and Renovation. Moshe, with whom I collaborated to effectively complete my roof replacement project. The process proceeded without a hitch from the first step to the last completion of the work. In addition to what the neighbors were saying about the works quality and professionalism, I wanted to add one more thing. Completely happy!"

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"John is a super honest guy, who takes a lot of pride in his work, and isn't someone who is out to take advantage of people. I had 4 other bids besides his, and he provided not only the best price, but the best solution to remedy my deck issues. He went above and beyond what was stipulated in his bid to ensure that the problem that I had experienced would not reoccur again in the future. And, he didn't ask for any additional money. His work is top notch and I will be having him back to work on another project down the road. I highly recommend him!!!!"

"I was looking for someone who could repair the top of my 2nd story chimney. Jose looked at the issue & advised that the chimney cap had a hole in it & needed to be replaced. He showed me a photo of the hole in the cap. This was not in his area of expertise. He also suggested that I replace the wood around the chimney as it was in poor shape. He gave me an estimate to replace the wood & to also remove all of the pine needles on my roof which I really needed to have done. He did his best to try to temporarily cover the hole in the cap. I am satisfied with the wood replacement & roof cleaning & would contact him again when needed. I am still needing someone to replace the chimney cap on my 2nd story."

"Ari was congenial and accommodating, willing to listen and always ready to address any problems. Electricians, carpenters, painters did great work."

"The team was amazing! We had an old deck in our backyard and we hired Palm Construction to replace and extend it and they did a great work! The job was done in less than 2 weeks, Communication was great, they cared about the backyard and plants and we are so happy itâ s all ready just before summer. Highly recommended!!"

"Our roof was in bad shape and we needed to have it replaced. I had gotten estimates and decided to go with Home Pro Remodeling. Emil and Brian were our contact people for the project. Emil was very professional and paid attention to our concerns. He worked with us through the entire project to our complete satisfaction. Brian is extremely courteous and helpful as well! The project went very smoothly, was completed before the initial project end date, and the results were beyond our expectations. The job turned our beautifully! Our new roof looks FANTASTIC! Our neighbors have commented to us how great it looks. We are very pleased with our experience with Home Pro Remodeling and would definitely recommend them."

"Derek did an outstanding job! I look forward to his services again! Thank you!!"

"I cannot say enough good things about Top Notch Decking and the owner, Dan Anderson. We had a 30 year old pergola that needed to be repaired or rebuilt. Dan came out and gave us a free estimate to repair the old pergola or build us a new, exact copy of the old pergola. We chose to build a new one. His pricing was fair and reasonable. I could not be more happy with the final result. Dan was easy to work with on the short contract. He is a man of his word. He did exactly what he said he would do and then some. Each day he showed up on time and kept us informed of the project progress. Each day he left the work area clean and ready for the next day. Dan is a wood working artist. He pays attention to the details of getting the job done right. As a result, the final product was outstanding. If you are thinking about a pergola or deck, hire Dan now!"
