"Harry had the most reasonable quote to take out the tub and install a shower pan for a walk in shower. He did the tear out one day and installed the pan the next day. A day later he stopped by to inspect the job. He found something he didn't like and replaced the shower pan with a new one at no additional cost. A true craftsman and a gentleman to boot."

"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. "Good help is really hard to come by. As I get older, this becomes truer and truer. When we initially purchased our home we did so knowing that we needed to do a bunch of work. Not only were we looking for a contractor who would be willing to assemble our cabinets but also someone to do a complete tear down of our kitchen. Who knew this was a big issue?
