"Mario and his employees are the best! From the beginning to end, Mario provided us with the best service. We are very satisfied with the work that was done by Mario and his employees. I contacted him by phone, and he came immediately for a free estimate. He sent me a proposal for the work that I requested and his price was very good. Mario answered all of my emails and questions promptly. They also tried really hard to accommodate around our busy schedule and completed the entire job in 1 day. I left the home so they could work on the floors, and to my surprise, Mario personally called me on the phone to update me on the status. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. "We hired American Grout Specialist to install our tile back splash in our kitchen.  It was a fabulous experience.   They responded quickly to our inquiries. Showed up on time. Left the area clean each night and did a meticulous job on the tile work. I would hire them again in a second. <br />"

"Our cleaning tech was Didier and he actually called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. Fine with us. Didier was very professional and explained everything he would do to make our sofa clean again. He took great care in handling the fabric cushions and sectional bases. He even used floor cloths although we have tile floors. The sofa sections were vacuumed multiple times - there was a lot of cat hair embedded in the fabric that our vacuum wasn't able to handle. Because the cleaning process was so successful, we opted to have Didier apply a fabric protector coat. <br /> The process of vacuuming, cleaning and protecting the sofa took over 5 hours but the sofa looks great. We are very pleased with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to a friend or family member.  <br />"
