It should have been installed vertically but was installed horizontally with pictures they showed me. They left to get a couple parts, came back within the time they said, and reinstalled the piping so the sensor could be installed vertically. Vibrations would not affect it anymore. Glad to have them out. They also warranty their work for 1 year."
