"Angel Air scheduled a technician Mike the next morning to review the performance of my 5 ton 2 stage AC unit. Mike adjusted both stages of the compressor fan speed which improved the cool air output at the registers to an acceptable level . Luckily, as he was preparing to close the unit the intermittent noise started, and he detected that the screws for the compressor cover were not totally tightened which now corrected both conditions. Mike was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and I feel an asset to your company. After eight years of satisfied service, I continue to recommend friends to your company ."

"Angel Air gave us the best quality for the best price! I had 6-7 companies bid to put in a new HVAC system. I was impressed that Craig from Angel Air didn't just look into the attic but he actually went all the way in and did a thorough inspection. We'd been having poor airflow in two bedrooms. Others guessed what the problem was but Craig went and investigated and told me exactly what the problem was. So I chose Angel Air because Craig did the best inspection and their price was the best too. There was one other company that came in at a lower price but they seemed to be a big cooperate company with no face and a poor grade with the BBB. On the other hand Angel air has a A+ rating from the BBB and their Facebook page showed a lot of community involvement and rave reviews. I'm way happy that I went with a local company that I felt like I could trust. I wasn't disappointed. The morning that they came, all three technicians were on time and very professional. They addressed any concerns that I had and I liked that they worked well with each other. I was so impressed that I was going to order them a pizza for lunch but by the time the pizza was ready they were already done, ahead of schedule! These guys were great! Shout out to Tyler, Scott, and Michael who went above and beyond! Somebody should give them a bonus! Or some Pizza! :) Its been almost a week now and we're very happy with our new AC, blowing nice and cold and the flow is perfectly distributed into each room which I'm happy about. Thanks Angel Air! "Matt came out about 2 months ago and worked on a very perplexing problem on our furnace. I've had him back same problem, twice now. He's been able to fix it both times on warranty. We've determined that the controller board is dying, and we'll have him replace that. He's professional and friendly, knows what he's doing, communicates well, and shows up punctually. AND he honors his warranty."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries.
