I sat at home for hours waiting for an Inspector, when the Inspector told me I should have been provided their name and phone number to schedule with a short window. And, unlike what they advertise on their website, they are not a 24/7 business. :-("

"Dan was awesome! He showed up on time, asked questions about the issue, and actually opened up the AC to see what the issues were. I know, it sounds like a no brainer, but when you have companies that show up, look at it and quote you $10k for a new AC without doing any work you have to wonder… He let me know what was wrong with it and how much it would be to repair and asked if I wanted to proceed with the repairs. He had all of the parts in the van so he was done in 30 minutes. It was thousands, yes thousands less than the company that came out the day before. Thank you thank you thank you Tytum!!"
