"The weather was not cooperative so the job took longer than anticipated. He also ended up starting a week later due to rain that had put him behind on other jobs. Don has great customer service skills, polite and kind. He returned calls or texts quickly. When he left each day he tried to inform me about when he would be back and what the plan was. He even came out on Father's Day to finish shingling the garage. He made sure he cleaned up each day and tried to have things neat and tidy. One day I was not there and my son said there was some debris that needed to be picked up in the backyard before my dogs could be allowed to run.
