"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. "Everything went great. They started the job when they said they would delivering all the supplies and bringing all the tools necessary to do the job. They worked very good together as a team and got the job done in a very professional manner, keeping us informed on what they were going to be doing and approximately how long they estimated the job to take.
